Your questions, answered

Kriya's youth programs are designed with parents in mind — safe, science-backed, and built to complement what you're already doing at home.

What age groups do Kriya youth programs serve?
Programs are designed for young people aged 13–24, with content calibrated to three distinct age groups — foundation years (13–15), transition years (16–18), and early adult years (18–24).
Are the programs delivered online or in person?
Both. Self-paced online programs are available year-round. Live cohort programs and school or university partnerships offer in-person and hybrid delivery options.
Is The Resilience Code a substitute for therapy?
No. It is a performance and wellbeing program, not clinical support. We always recommend professional mental health care for young people who need it — and can provide referral guidance.
Can Kriya partner with our school or university?
Yes. Kriya offers institutional partnerships for schools, colleges, and universities — including cohort programs, staff training, and curriculum integration. Contact us to explore partnership options.
For schools & universities Bring Kriya to your campus. We partner with schools, colleges, and universities to deliver Kriya's youth programs — virtually, in person on campus, or as a hybrid model — including staff training and curriculum integration.
